The Women's Entrepreneurship Support Project was a 4.5 million euro EU funded project that ran from July 2007 until November 2008. Its aim was to support women's integration into the local economy. A sustainable support model was designed and implemented, training materials were developed and the institutional capacity of stakeholders improved. Training and consultancy services for women wanting to start small businesses were also established in 25 provinces throughout Turkey. The project included a photography exhibition, Appearances by Turkish Women curated with AFSAD, Ankara's Photographic Association.
In addition to designing and over-seeing production of all visibility materials, a key role was played in liasing with stakeholders, participating in high-level meetings and giving presentations.
