The international conference, Clustering 07 - Policy of Policies, was the joint initiative of three EC-funded projects in Turkey. There were three venues held in two locations: the prestigious Ritz-Carlton Istanbul and the newly established Istanbul Moda Academy. Economists, business leaders and policy makers from Turkey, Europe and the United States attended. From a diverse array of sectors (tourism, textiles, automotive, food, logistics) presentations and workshops were held.
Using an existing logo, a strong and meaningful conference identity was developed and a wide range of materials prepared. On the day before the conference, the set-up of three conference stages, two registration points and signage was personally supervised and co-ordinated.
